Hello,
our LMS is a solution installation with three Win2k3 servers.
1. Master -> CS, CM
2. Slave -> RME
3. Slave -> IPM, DFM
I registered all the three applications from the slaves on the master.
They are available in the "Functional"-view.
But the seperate views for RME, IPM and DFM are missing on the top of the LMS portal!
On another LMS installation with only one server all views are present by default...
Must I create the views by hand over the "Manage Views" -> "Add View" -> "Add Portlet" -> "Others" -> "Remote Portlet" ?
Thanks a lot!

Yes. While you can register remote applications, you cannot automatically register their views. Not all portlets are "remotable".

Oh....that's a pity!
But okay, now I know that and can configure it by hand as it is shown on the original views.
Thanks a lot!
