Hi,

Anybody knows if it is possible to configure ssh (client and server) at the PRP2 Ethernet ports using private IPs for a GSR router?.

do this ports share the routing table of the rest of the GSR?

Any security recommendation when using these ports

Thanks, regards,

Roque

I think The Console port and Management Ethernet ports on the PRP are not subjected to rACL or CoPP policies. The hardware path for these ports does not go through the switch fabric -- it goes directly to the PRP CPU.

Hi,

If you check this file, looks to me that the management port do share the general routing table as E0 interface in RA can only connect to direct attached devices. Do you agree?
