Step By Step Help need in order to set up Cisco Works LMS

Error I obtain can be seen below.

IPMProcess or IpmDbEngine.
It may be down or not yet up. Please make sure processes are up and running

I think my software needs setting up from the ground up.

Post the output of the pdshow command from this server.  On what platform and OS version did you install LMS?  How much memory does this server have?
