Stopping a global Inventory Collection or Polling.

Hello,

Running on solaris 10, LMS 3.1.

Is there a way of stopping the global Inventory process, like other RME Jobs (RME/Job Mgmt).

The global Job ID, isn't there.

When you setup in RME/Admin/Inventory/System Job Schedule, the Inventory Collection and Polling; you've a job ID defined, but this job isn't created in the "RME Jobs".

The idea, is to pause for a day or two, the global inventory process.

No, this is not possible. These two system jobs are always scheduled. However, you can reschedule these jobs. Say you want to wait for two days before running the polling job. Then set the next start time for two days in the future. This can be done under RME > Admin > Inventory > System Job Schedule.
