Strange LWAPP Behavior

I have two controllers (4404) installed with 4 ap_manager interfaces (i.e. no LAG). Controller 1 has 96 APs on it and is fine. The second controller has approximately 15 APs on it, and I keep getting constant and random errors while trying to set variables. Attached is a photo of at least 10 errors all at once. I also get "AP ID doesn't exist on this system". I have tried rebooting the controller and clearing the configs of the troublesome APs. The controller is running 4.2.61.0 and is in a production environment.
