Strange snmpwalk result from ciscoworks

I used snmp walk tool from Device Center of Ciscoworks, and I got the following strange result:

.1.3.6.1.2.1.3.1.1.2.1.1.192.168.100.1 = STRING: "...BT¬".

The strange characters inside " " should be the MAC address for the host 192.168.100.1 obtained from the ARP table.

I also used other snmpwalk tool instead of ciscoworks, and I got the correct result.

The reason for me to do snmpwalk is that I cannot find a single host from User Tracking at Campus Manager. Is the strange snmpwalk result related to the failure of User Tracking? Can anyone help me out?

Thanks.
