Subnet Missing in CiscoWorks

When I run User Tracking in Campus Manager, I am unable track IP addresses in a certain subnet to specific ports.

Also, the vlan that the subnet resides on is not in Topology Services (but if you check the VTP domain on the switches the VLAN is there and active).

Any ideas?

I am thinking according to your problem description that you are not seeing the ip addresses from Serial port in order to troubleshoot this can you please send me this outputs show tech and a " show ip route ". In the VLAN Configuration window, enter the IP addresses for any missing subnet and masks.

Hello.

We do not use the URT (User Registration Tool) so I am not sure how these relate.

We do not see IP addresses in a specific subnet in CiscoWorks Campus Manager.
