Switches, VLANS, and 802.1x

I'm curious about any helpful hints that I can use to monitor ethernet switches that have 802.1x enabled. I'd be interested in receiving alerts, traops or other notifications showing ports that have authentication violations, active guest VLAN assignments, etc. I've seen other vendors' products have a dashboard of sorts which show the real time issues with 802.1x, and the ability to see and reset issues is an option I'm looking for with Cisco equipment.

Re: Switches, VLANS, and 802.1x

Hello

Have you tried to log 802.1x events to SQL database?

I use Microsoft IAS solution. It allows me to log all 802.1x events to database. Then I can create any type of report. If you are interested in such solution let me know.
