Syslog Automatic Actions not working correctly

I have multiple devices cisco in which enable some syslog messages that interest me. In Automatic Actions, I have filters configured for individual messages, some of these filters are working properly but not others despite the messages that arrive coincide with the facility-subfacility-severity-Mnemonic configured in the filter.

What might be the cause?. I appreciate your help.

The action is most likely not defined properly. Please post the configuration of the action, and entire sample syslog message.

It might be not configured properly.

Let's take example:

If i want to get "Reload" automated action, i will just simply add the keyword "Reload" in "Mnemonic", and i choose the action type to "Email".

So, i will be able to get an email when the reload is happen.

Maybe you can just post the message that you want to filter.
