Syslog problem

LMS2.6 on Solaris9. Not able to run syslog standard report or any other syslog functions. I have checked the following:

1. messages are coming to sylog_info (tail -f shows new messages arriving)

2. SyslogCollector is running, there are no filters and mode set to keep

3. Syslogcollector is registered and I'm seeing messages there too

What else should I check? Thank you in advance.

Are the devices managed devices in RME?

Can you enable debugs for SyslogAnalyzer/SyslogCollector while sending a syslog message to see if it gets processed for the device?

Are the reports appearing as empty or error messages?
