There is no menu in my cisco prime

Hi

I have just installed cisco prime 1.2 (I used OVA file and vmware)

After installed prime I chech that he started well ( nsc stop ncs start ncs status) and all service has started

But when I acces by https and enter the login root and password, I got screen without any menu (see attachement)

Please why I don't have the normal menu

How can I fixed this issue

Prime Infrastructure supports the following browsers:

•Google Chrome—19.0 build

•Mozilla Firefox— ESR 10.x, 13.0 and 14.0

•Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0 with Chrome plug-in. Native Internet Explorer is not supported.

Please try this and let us know the output.

Maybe try Firefox?  I have had some issues with IE/Chrome and prime. 

Also make sure you have flash installed
