I work for an international carrier and one of the key challenges have been to prove / show the throughput of the banwidth subsribed by the customer for different CoS in a Single physical pipe and some times the Entire Physical Pipe carried just one CoS, say Best Effort traffic. What would the best way to prove the provisioning of the bandwidth ? are there any best practices followed internationall on similar lines ?
