Topology Map Problem

We moved a voice router from one switch to the other and yet the topology map does not update the links on the map. The devices are recognizing the CDP change correctly, but it's not being represented on the map correctly. I have tried to delete and rediscover the device but all that leaves me with now is a device that is on the map with no link to it. Any ideas on why this happens?

If your are using a Callmanager try to restart the RIS data collector service in the callmanager servicability tools.
