Topology service issue on Campus Manager 5.1

Hello,

I have installed LMS 3.1 with Campus Manager 5.1. I have a problem with Topology Service. When I launch the service, a window appears with this message “Error: Unable to launch the application". Can you help me please and thank you in advance.

Make sure you have the proper version of Java installed on the client (1.6.0_5 or Java 6u5). Make sure that TCP ports 42342 and 43242 are open between the client and the LMS server. Also, make sure the hostname of the LMS server is resolvable from the client.
