I'm having problem in TopologyServices appear many links Ethernet Bus (Ethernet) among the devices even when they are directly connected.

Version 5.2 with LMS 3.2

In the example you posted, I suspect that CDP is interpreting the connectivity as reported by RTRDISKXX001 to indicate that all of the four routers across the bottom in your screen shot are connected via Ethernet to the same interface on RTRDISKXX001. If they are sub-interfaces or logical interfaces on a single physical interface, you might see this sort of display.

Could you post the output of "show cdp neighbor summary" from RTRDISKXX001 to confirm or refute this suspicion?

Your second example shows separate connections and this is consistent with the cdp neighbor status in the included output. What does

"show cdp neighbors" show in the first situation?
