Topology Services freezes

When starting Topology services, freezes while trying to connect to ANIServer (see attachment). I have rebooted the CW box two days ago. Any ideas?

There was no attachment. However, failures to connect to ANIServer are usually caused by a proxy being configured (remove any proxy settings from the Java Plug-in Control Panel or from the browser, and try again), a firewall between the client and server blocking ports such as 1683 or 1684, or a hostname/IP address change on the server.

This doesn't change my original assessment. Verify everything I mentioned previously.
