Troubleshooting RME Change Poller and Configuration Collection job failures


Was wondering if anyone has any good tips for troubleshooting the cause of job failures for the RME ArchivePoller and ArchiveUpdate jobs. We're running LMS 2.6 on Solaris and the scheduled jobs seem to be failing consistently. What seems a bit odd is that after a reboot of the server, the first scheduled job completes sucessfully, and they all fail after that. The job status "detail" report seems to lack any information about what could be causing this. Is there a more detailed log file I should be looking at?

Here's a sample failure message:

You need to click on that URL, then get the details that way. Additionally, you can enable ArchiveMgmt debugging under RME > Admin > System Preferences > Loglevel Settings, run your job, and look at the dcmaservice.log.

The deails under the link were no more descriptive of the event than the text in the email. I will up the logging level and review the log file you suggested and see if thats more helpful. Thanks.
