I receive an Unable to connect error when trying to connect to our Cisco 4900M switch using Network Assistant 5.8.7. Can anyone help on this? My configuration is attached.

CNA needs to be able to authenticate to the devices over http(s).
Try adding "ip http authentication local".

Can you browse to the switch directly by typing its address in your browser from the same machine you are running CNA from?

No, I can't. Support said that you can't connect to the 4900m via a browser because they don't have browser GUI interface, and that they only way to get to it is via CNA or Cisco Prime LMS.
I can ping the switch, however, from the same machine running CNA, and I can SSH and Telnet to it.

Hi,
Please try the following steps:
1. Type "sh ip http server status" command
The following output appears:
Switch_179_CNATest#sh ip http server status
HTTP server status: Enabled
HTTP server port: 80
HTTP server authentication method: enable
Please confirm that http server status should be "Enabled"
and you should enter the same port number while launching the CNA. For example here the port number is 80.
To change the port number
Switch_179_CNATest(config)#ip http port 1026
To enable Http
Switch_179_CNATest(config)# ip http server
Please let me know if you have any issue.
Thanks & Regards,
