Unable to connect with telnet and console

i telnet 2620XM and unable to connect, when i login to console its show

" Low on memory; try again later" what to do i am not able to connect both by telnet and console.

need urgent reply

Hi your router may be over taxed and not be responding as quick as you expect. You could reboot and try connecting it then see if starts responding.

you can do a show proc if it starts responding to see what the proccessor utilization is.

Can you ping the device, does it answer? If so, do a nmap,scan and see what ports are open, telnet port 23?
