unable to discover all endpoint devices

Hello all,

i got a new problem here.. my LMS cannot discover all of my endpoint devices.

i have 70 IP phones connected to the network and all of them have registered with my Call Manager.

but when i tried to enable energywise, LMS only discovered 25 endpoints (IP phones)...

anyone have the same issue before and can solve it ?

Do you find the phone ip or mac address in the usertracking? If only the mac address what is the default gateway of the IP phones?

Should all endpoints be in the EW same domain?

I think there are issues if the IP ranges of the devices are different

Hello Michel thanks for ur response, actually i have solved the problem. i just create the domain name for each device. and it solved.
