Unable to export hardware report as CSV in rme

I have lms 3.0 and I am trying to export a hardware report to a CSV format. A blank browser comes up with a URL for just a second and then nothing happens. I get the pdf version just fine, but I really need it in a CSV format.

Have u try to hold the control key when you click OK for CSV file?
