I recently added a device into the DCR a couple of weeks ago. Now am unable to find the device, Was able to look at the device information last week, but now it is not able to be located?

You can do this under Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Management > Import. You are able to import all devices from ACS.

Is LMS integrated with ACS? If so, check the Common Services > Device and Credentials > Reports > Devices not configured in ACS report to see if the devices show up there. If so, you will need to add these devices as network clients to your ACS server.

yes we integrate LMS with ACS. The device was not in the ACS server. Is it possible to run a job to import all devices in ACS into the Cisco Works database?
