unable to get the real time monitoring of subinterface

Hello all,

In cisco view version 6.1.7, if we right click the SFP module HWIC-1GE-SFP to view the sub interface information we are unable to get it.

And if we right the interface and select monitor sub interface we are not getting any graphs. For both sub interfaces options we are getting the same error

Where at sub interface of SFP we have configured our WAN link in Router 2821. (System Object ID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.577)

Failed to retrieve category sub interfaces.

java.lang.stringindexOutofBoundsException:string index out of range:-1

Please help us to solve this problem.
