Unable to Login to the LMS 3.1

I have changed the AAA Mode setup in Common services. I have selected "Allow no fallbacks to the ciscoworks local login" and TACACS is also not working now. Now i am not able to login to the LMS. Please suggest a solutions. I have attached a screenshot also , please find it.

Run the script:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/ResetLoginModule.pl

This will reset LMS back to local authentication and authorization, which will allow you to login as a locally configured user.
