Unable to send jobs running alert

Hi Experts,

I have tried to send alerts when DCR server starts to run discovery job as well as CS backup job is running and completing.

However, I was prompted with error as shown in stdout.log as attached with this post.

I have also checked the bug list for CW LMS CS 3.1 but did not find any helpful info on this. Can anyone advise me on this?

You're getting this error:

(554 Relay rejected for policy reasons.)).

This is coming from your SMTP server. Perhaps it is not configured to allow relaying, or the address specified (yishyuan@ncs.com.sg) is not valid to it. You will have to contact your SMTP server administrator to fix this.
