Unregister applications LMS 2.5.1

Was troubleshooting a problem with LMS 2.5.1 on Solaris 9, and accidently registered Common services 3.0 again. It appears on the home page (two common services menus for the same server), but it doesnt appear in the registered applications list so i am unable to remove it.

How can i remove something that doesnt show up in the list?

Any help appreciated.
