Unsupported Cards - CiscoView 5.5

Hardware Platform: 6509/6513 with Sup720

Problem: Ciscoview reveals that all the modules installed on the chassis as unsupported cards.

Any idea knows how to overcome this?

Thank for the info.

The CV packages is the latest. However, still showing unsupported cards. What i did was to uninstall & reinstall the CV packages & problem solved.

By the way, any idea why CE560 is detected as unknown from the common services.
