Can anybody advice me how to fix this error while updating LMS version 2.5 to 2.5.1 december updates? many thanks

Any virus scanning software running while you are upgrading? If so, can you disable it and then try.

hi,
there is no antivirus scanner running. however below are the steps that solved my issue (which i got it from the this forums itself)
1) change the ciscowork deamon manager to "Manual" instead of automatic (Start-Programs-Administrative tools-Services)
2) reboot then install the updates 2.5.1
3) once done, reboot the server and change the ciscowork daemon manager back to automatic then reboot again
