Upgrade CNR 5.5 to 6.0

I am upgrading my CNR 5.5 to 6.0 to then upgrade it to 6.2.2.

When I finished my upgrade form 5.5 to 6.0 it asked me to reboot which i did. When I conntect to the cnr via command line once rebooted it tells me my license is invalid or expired. So I use the license set key command and enter one of my 5 keys for my 6.2.2. It keeps telling me with any of my 6.2 keys that its an invalid key. the exact error message is:

405 Invalid license key

What can I do? Cisco told me I could use my 6.2 key on a 6.0 install to be able to complete my upgrade properly.

Thanks
