upgrade ios with ciscowork

Dear professionals,

I have RME 3.3, and I tried to upgrade cat3500xl and 2900xl and I got this message:

Loading image file to flash device : c3500xl-c3h2s-tar.120-5.WC13.tar --> flash:c3500xl-c3h2s- tar.120-5.WC13.tar

Running image will be overwritten by the new image ...

Error loading image to Flash.

Error Info Code: '4175'

Message: 'Device Error: Flash copy to/from operation failed.'

Action/Reason:

'Probable Cause: The source file size and the destination file size do

not match. Disk space on tftp root directory may not be sufficient.

Recommended Action: Verify disk space in the TFTP directoryand

retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact your technical support

representative for assistance.'

Device has been unlocked from exclusive access.

This problem was fixed in one of the RME 3.4 IDUs. Upgrading from RME3.3 to RME 3.4 + latest available IDU could solve the problem.
