User stuck in ACS database

We have an ACS server with numerous groups and users that work fine.

I have one user that is stuck in the ACS database and I cannot delete it.

When going to the user database, it is if he has not ever been fully configured. When selecting that user, the tabs available are "Submit" and "Cancel".

There is no "Delete" button, when I add information to finish the configuration and submit the user, there are two users with that name in the database.

I can delete either on of them and I am back to sqaure one with the user in the database and only "submit" and "Delete" available.

Can I delete it from that database manually?

Wilson,

It seems that the database has gone corrupt.

For appliance :

Please log into the Appliance via the console

and run the dbcompact command to compress the database. Please refer to the link given

below for more information about the dbcompact command :

If you have acs running on windows,

To do this we need to log on to the local ACS machine and use the command line utility as per the below link .

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps2086/products_qanda_item091

( C:/$BASE/utils\csutil -q -d -n -l dump.txt )

Once this is done modify the user

Regards,
