user tracking acquisition

Hello,

every time i try to start the User Tracking on the campus manager page i get this error :

Construction of XML data required for UT is in progress.Please try after some time

i waited 2 days.. and i still get the same error

any ideas ?

This is a known bug (CSCtg20882 or CSCtd49439 or CSCtc49719).  If you contact TAC, they can provide you patches to correct this problem.
