User Tracking is nt working:LMS3.0.1 CM5.0.5

Hi All, I am facing problem with User Tracking in CM 5.0.5. Its not detecting even a single host in the network.. any idea how can I resolve this issue. attached is the application version running on LMS.

In order to have users acquired in User Tracking, you need to have Cisco switches properly Data Collected, and appearing with green switch icons on the Topology Map. Is this the case? What version of SNMP are you using on your switches?
