User tracking not working on 6500 with Sup1/Sup2 Native IOS

I just recently upgraded a core 6500 from Hybrid mode to standard mode. Not in LMS user tracking does not show the ports that the IP phones are attached too but it only does this on the 6500 core. All of the other switches on the LAN show up fine. Any clue?

So was the switch rediscovered properly?

Or does it still see the switch as it was before?

It should have become one entity now.

Have you tried to remove it? If you wish to keep the history them you may wish to adjust the sysObjectID in the DCR if Campus was unable to update this.

Cheers,

This is what I have discovered. It looks like there is a bug in the BRIDGE-MIB for the 6500. If I use Solarwinds switchport mapper it does not show ARP entries for the IP phones yet in the switch they are there.

If you walk the dot1dTpFdbTable using the snmpwalk utility within LMS do you see the same entries as in the show cam dynamic from the switch? Make sure you use community string indexing
