UT Data not found

I have a Cisco 3550 devices with servers connected and when I go to UT the servers are not found. What reasons could there be that the servers wouldn't show up in UT?

The switch may not be properly Data Collected by Campus Manager (i.e. it is not showing up as green with a switch icon on the topology map). If the switches are connected via trunk ports, they can only be acquired by Campus 5.0 or higher if trunk port acquisition is enabled. Depending on the version of Campus Manager, you may be seeing a bug in which acquisition no longer updates. These are all fixed in CM 5.0.3 and higher and CM 4.0.11 and higher.
