Hello,
I have a Lan with interfaces configured for non-cisco-ip-phone. (i.e.: Trunk port with a native data vlan.)
It is impossible de discover Mac on those ports. Note that if I telnet the switch and do a 'sh mac add-table" I see those.
I configured the LMS User-Tracking admin with:
"config trunk for end host disc. = enable on all trunk."
Do I forgot something ?

Edit ut.properties, and set UTGetVlansWithUserPorts=0. Then run a new UT acquisition, and your phones should show up.

Try running a full Campus Data Collection first, then run the UT acquisition.

hi Jim,
I am sorry to call you back , but I need to do this working.
Do I need to do other thing than edit UT.properties ?
Do I need to restart LMS ?
Do I need to schedule a new inventory pooling ?

All you should have to do is run a new Campus Manager Data Collection. This will update the XML files which contain port data required by User Tracking. After the Data Collection runs, start a new UT acquisition. Your end hosts should show up.

Thanks a lot Jim. Now it works.
