verifying receiving SYSLOG messages from devices

Hi,

i have a cisco prime infrastructure 2.1 installed in my network and i configured my network devices with:

logging PI_IP

i have around 150 network devices in my network.

but still, when i navigate to "Operate -> Alarms & Events -> Syslog" i dont see any syslog message and the table is empty.

and the system is running for more than 1 month so i assume thats enough time to gather some syslogs.

how can i make sure that i really get the syslog messages to the PI server?

and another question - as i understood, the PI filters to only SEVERITY 0&1, what kind of messages includes in this severity?

Thanks in advance,

Adir.
