VLAN configuration and internet access

Hello all,

I am building a network with the following equipment and I would like to have assistance with the some configurations.

- NetGate 6100 Firewall

- A Cisco 2911 router

- A Cisco Catalyst 3750G switch

- 5 Cisco Catalyst 2960 48 ports switches

- Public iP address: 41.85.161.48/28

The scenario is to create 5 VLANs (a VLAN / department) and all VLANs should be able to access internet.

All VLANs should be able to access resources on the a File server.

Each VLAN should have limited bandwidth that can be dynamically release to other in case it is not used.

First you need to draw diagram how you going to connect and define which device you looking to do this task like NAT and routing ?
