Hi everyone.

When we try to update the software repository with images from the Switches, we recieve the following errormessage in the logfile:

LYR000C001#copy flash:vlan.dat tftp://Default Not Defined/rep_sw_720920598628557696^M

copy flash:vlan.dat tftp://Default Not Defined/rep_sw_720920598628557696^M

Does anyone have an idea?

What version of RME are you running?

Does your CiscoWorks server have more than one NIC?

Hi

We use RME 4.0.4 and do have multihomed hosts.

We have changed the gatekeeper file:

/opt/CSCOpx/lib/vbroker/gatekeeper.cfg

to point to the correct network card, so these settings should also be ok.

Any ideas ?

Greetings

Jarle

Try going to RME > Admin > System Preferences > RME Device Attributes and enter your server's ip address in the RME ID field.

Click on Apply.

Try the job.

Please let me know if that helps.

Hi

Even after Setting the Server IP Address in the

- RME - Admin - System Preferences - RME Device Atribute the same error message still occures:

#copy flash:vlan.dat tftp://Default Not Defined/rep_sw_720920598628557696^M

copy flash:vlan.dat tftp://Default Not Defined/rep_sw_720920598628557696^M

BTW : The "^M" = Carrage Return so dont worry about it.

regards

Jarle
