There is, but it is not like the rest of the reports in User Tracking or RME. Go to Topology Services, then select a VTP domain from the Managed Domains branch. Then select Reports > VLAN Report. The resulting report will show you all devices in that VTP domain as well as all of the VLANs on those devices. That report can be printed or exported.
