voice monitoring problem

Hi frenz,

I am using NAM2 3.4..... I m facing one problem. When i check my voice monitoring than it shows all of three protocols but it shows details of only H.323 protocol. While it is not showing details of MGCP and SCCP protocols. Plz help me and tell how can i ???????
