VOIP thru VPN Tunnel

I am trying to setup employees homes with IP Phones, the IP phones we use require a L2L tunnel to connect to our office PBX. The problem, home employees have dynamic IP addresses and low cost VPN routers (linksys). Is it possible to setup a VPN tunnel with dynamic IP on one of the endpoints thru the router? It would be like the client VPN software on the router instead of the PC.

Sorry if this is kind of confusing, please ask any questions you may have I will try to explain it better.

Thanks.
