Hello
I have LMS3.1
When I import device in DFM =(3.1.0) the Cat-6506(sw 12.2.33) configured as VSS device are not known.
Allthough the other Cat-6506(Sw 12.2.33) not configured as VSS are known.
Have you an idea?

According to the supported device table for LMS 3.1 (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_lan_management_solution/3.1/device_support/table/lms31sdt.html), only the 6513 flavor of the VSS is supported. (objectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.896). That seems counter-intuitive, since it's the Supervisor that makes it a VSS, but may be the case. Can you tell us the objectID of your target VSS switch?
Perhaps jclarke can weigh in with a more definitive answer.... Joe?

Yes indeed, snmpwalk on the VSS 6506 device tell me: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.896

Hello,
If oid of 6506-VSS is the same as OID of 6513-VSS , why does'nt it work ?
Do I need to upgrade DFM 3.1.0 to 3.1.3 ?
