web browser problem

hi,

I use internet explorer 7.0, when I double click to CS LMS icon, the log in page does not open. after trying 5-6 tries(sometimes even more), the log in page is opened. I checked the security settings but I could not solve the problem. what might be the problem? any suggestion?

Which version of LMS are you running?

If you open the browser and manually enter

http://:1741 does it give you the login page?

IE 7 is supported in LMS 3.0 and higher
