What does this patch actually fix?

Anyone know? Is it the goofy issue of java versions conflicting and crashing IE when attempting to access some of the modules in Campus Manager? The Readme just talks about how to install, not what the fix is. Unless I'm totally missing something.

See http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/viewAlert.x?alertId=14376 . This patch fixes the arbitrary code injection bug in the VM. This is not a critical vulnerability, however.
