What's up Gold Web View Issue

Hi,

We have 2 instances of what's up gold server ver 8.02 managing two different sites(HO and RO).

When I access the web view(all versions of IE) of the server in HO , I could see everything perfectly (just the same as it shows in the what's up gold console).

Whereas in the RO server, all components, even the text, the links are showing in black.

Does anyone have any clues to this problem?

Please help me in solving this issue.

This has to do with the number of colors on your display. See http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WG-20021119-DM02.htm for more details.
