WhatsUpGold - Microsoft Error

Hi. The software is installed on Windows Server 2003 (EN) SP1, my error message is the following one, this problem appears when I launch this software with internet explorer:

"WhatsUp Gold Network Monitoring Tool encountered a problem and needed to close.Please tell Microsoft about this problem." and the associated event is the following: "Faulting application WhatsUpG.exe,version 8.2.3.1, faulting module WhatsUpG.exe,version 8.2.3.1, fault address 0x000629fa." What is the solution to avoid this error? Updated WUG v11?

I would contact Ipswitch and see what they can tell you.

We run Whatsup Gold and it runs fine on Win AS2003
