Why I didn't get SNMP notification for NTP down services
Situation: On my XR v4.2.3 router, NTP simply stopped working. Upon removing and reconfiguring NTP services, it started working again.
Objective:Even though I have the configuration below in place, I did not see a SNMP trap generated to notify the NTP lost connection to server. What is it missing? What should I do in order to be able to get SNMP notification in case NTP is not working properly? I understand I could explore EEM to track 'show ntp' status message and send me a notification. However, if I can leverage SNMP that would be better.

This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
