Why Inventory Never Collected in RME.

I use LMS 2.5 and RME 4.0.3

but i can't collect data from only device.

cisco WS-C6509-E (R7000) processor (revision 1.2)

IOS:IOS (tm) s72033_rp Software (s72033_rp-IPSERVICESK9_WAN-M), Version 12.2(18)SX

How to solve this problem.

Have you checked the device attributs for the 6 failing devices? Are all credentials coming back ok?

Yes i already check device attribute ,everything OK.

I can get config from device but I can't collect inventory.

Do these cat6K's have the module WS-F6K-VPWR-GE in them?
