Wrong vlan info in Campus Manager VLAN report

Hi,

we have a LMS 3.1 over Windows. When we launch a VLAN report from the Campus Manager and select several devices, the info is wrong; we can see VLAN's like this:

1- default

1- gateways

....

that is wrong. But if we select this report for a lonely device, the info is right, for example:

1- default

210- gateways

...

that is perfect.

How can we fix this problem?

Regards.

Re: Wrong vlan info in Campus Manager VLAN report

I attached a couple of screenshots:

1- wrong_vlan_report.jpg: a report launched for several devices. The info is wrong. The VLAN named "gateways" has the ID 210, not the 1, like this report shows.

2- right_vlan_report.jpg: a report launched only for 1 device. Now the info is right and the VLAN "gateways" is shown with the ID 210, the right one.

Why is this happening?

This looks like a bug, but I cannot reproduce locally. How many switches did you select? Do all of them have the same VLANs? For what other VLANs does this discrepancy occur?

Re: Wrong vlan info in Campus Manager VLAN report

Finally, we can fix the problem naming correctly the VLAN's.

The problem was that we had same VLAN ID's in different parts of the network and sometimes, the names were the same too.
